Der Regional Information Security Officer (RISO) Europe 1 ist eine Schlsselposition innerhalb der globalen Informationssicherheitsorganisation der Allianz Technology. Er ist verantwortlich fr die Aufsicht ber die entsprechenden ISMS-Aktivitten, die Identifizierung und Bewertung von Risiken, die Prvention und die Beratung des regionalen Managements sowie der lokalen IS-Funktionen. Diese Verantwortung gilt fr alle Informationssicherheits-Risikobereiche der Dienstleistungen, die die Region und ihre Einheiten fr die Allianz-internen Kunden erbringen, einschlielich derjenigen, die von Dritten und/oder Outsourcing-Anbietern erbracht werden. Als solcher ist der RISO mageblich am Aufbau und an der Integration von Fhigkeiten zur Gewhrleistung der Informationssicherheit im Zuge eines laufenden globalen IT-Transformationsprogramms beteiligt.
In seiner/ihrer Funktion berichtet der RISO fr CTO1 an das lokale Exekutivorgan (CTO), den Leiter:in des Produktionsmanagements, der die volle End-to-End-Verantwortung fr den Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur und -Anwendungen fr die OEs in diesem Bereich trgt, sowie funktional an die Allianz Technology ISO.
**Aufgabenbeschreibung**
* Beaufsichtigung der Aktivitten der regionalen Informationssicherheitsfunktion, einschlielich aller Aspekte des Personalmanagements, und Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Informationssicherheitsteam
* Er fungiert als zentraler Ansprechpartner fr Fragen der Informationssicherheit in der Region, einschlielich der Schnittstellen zu Unternehmen, Partnern, Kunden und anderen Sicherheitsfunktionen
* Beratung zur Informationssicherheit und Verbindung zu allen relevanten Interessengruppen und dem regionalen Management
* Sicherstellung der effektiven Umsetzung von Informationssicherheitsgrundstzen und -verfahren whrend des gesamten Lebenszyklus der von Allianz Technology angebotenen Dienstleistungen, einschlielich derer, die von externen Parteien und Outsourcing-Partnern erbracht werden
* Systematische Bewertung der Wirksamkeit von Sicherheitskontrollen in allen von Allianz Technology und ihren Partnern und Drittanbietern erbrachten Dienstleistungen
* Beaufsichtigung der Umsetzung und Einhaltung von gruppenweiten Standards, regulatorischen Anforderungen und Sicherheitsstandards der Branche in allen Dienstleistungen der Allianz Technology und in Projekten
* Sicherheitsrisikomanagement, Untersttzung des Lebenszyklus von Sicherheitsrisikobewertungen, Bewertung und Behandlung von Abweichungen von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und vertraglichen Sicherheitsbestimmungen sowie Entwicklung wirksamer Strategien zur Minderung festgestellter Informationssicherheitsrisiken
* Untersttzung der zentralen Informationssicherheitsfunktion bei der Festlegung von Zielen fr lokale Informationssicherheitsfunktionen
* Verfolgung der Zielerreichung innerhalb des Zustndigkeitsbereichs
* Beaufsichtigung der jhrlichen Berichterstattung ber die Einhaltung der Vorschriften fr lokale Stellen
* Leitung regionaler und lokaler Information Security Steering Boards, berwachung und Untersttzung der Vorbereitung von Aktionsplnen der lokalen Information Security Funktionen und Vorabstimmung mit dem globalen Projektportfolio (Gruppenmanahmen)
* Regelmiger Austausch mit der globalen Allianz Technology ISO-Community und Beitrag zu dieser
* Austausch innerhalb des CTO-Bereichs und Untersttzung des regionalen und lokalen Managements bei den regulatorischen Anforderungen an die Informationssicherheit
**Anforderungsprofil**
* Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Naturwissenschaften usw. oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
* Langjhrige Erfahrung in der IT-Branche, mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Bereichen der Informationssicherheit und/oder des Risikomanagements
* Fundierte Kenntnisse der IT-Sicherheitstechnologie, -Architektur und -Prozesse sowie fundierte Kenntnisse von Informationssicherheits-Managementsystemen und relevanten Industriestandards und Kontrollrahmen (insbesondere ISO270xx, COBIT5/2019)
* Berufserfahrung mit Lieferantenmanagement (einschlielich Cloud-Anbietern), IT-Outsourcing und einschlgigen Kontrollrahmen; Erfolgsbilanz bei der Festlegung und berwachung vertraglicher Bestimmungen zur Informationssicherheit
* Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Personalmanagement und/oder Projektmanagement in komplexen Unternehmensumgebungen
* Fhigkeit, eine hohe Arbeitsbelastung zu bewltigen und ein hohes Ma an Selbststndigkeit, Urteilsvermgen und Initiative zu zeigen
* Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, ausgezeichnete internationale Kommunikationsfhigkeiten, einschlielich der Fhigkeit, professionelle Unterlagen fr verschiedene Zielgruppen und das obere Management zu erstellen
* CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor und/oder CISSP Zertifizierung
* Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse einer weiteren europischen Sprache wre wnschenswert
