About the job

This role will play a vital part in attracting and hiring top talent that helps drive the companys success. This role will collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to develop effective recruitment approaches and processes, build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensure a white-glove candidate experience for a variety of open roles. This role will report directly to the Chief of People and work closely with the HR Generalist. This role is on-site 5 days a week in Park City, Utah.

Responsibilities:

Manage all full cycle hiring with the company Partner with People Ops team to create a seamless hiring experience through hiring syncs, facilitating the best hiring outcome and improving the hiring process Work within established corporate guidelines to develop innovative approaches to attracting talent Support and assist Hiring Managers with hiring strategies, the interview process, interview questions, assessments, and offers Source candidates locally with equal effectiveness. Maintain an active pipeline within LinkedIn Recruiter Leverage relationships with colleges, industry associations, and other external sources. Utilize and configure ATS to document conversations with candidates, interview progress, offers and feedback Generate reports related to sourcing, interviewing, hires, and other vital metrics related to Talent Acquisition

Qualifications:

Sales recruiting experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices Generate reports related to sourcing, interviewing, hires, and other vital metrics related to Talent Acquisition Demonstrated ability to identify and target passive job seekers using LinkedIn, candidate referrals, network, etc. Goal-oriented, gritty and purpose-driven Self-starter with strong work ethic & motivated to achieve great results Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize & manage competing responsibilities Creative problem solving approach in the hiring process Exceptional communication skills and the ability to regularly interact with candidates, Hiring Managers, Senior Leadership, and C-Level Executives Ability to work 5 days/week in office in Park City, UT

Education / Certifications:

Bachelors Degree in HR or related field preferred but not required Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience Experience managing candidates through an ATS software, ADP preferred Knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal & state laws regarding employment practices preferred
