(N1D) is seeking a dynamic individual to assist N1Ds clients with their eDiscovery projects. As a key member of the N1D team, you will oversee a diverse range of eDiscovery cases throughout their entire life cycle, including collection, processing, data normalization, and production. Each case presents unique challenges, ensuring that no two days are the same. You will collaborate closely with our digital forensic and cybersecurity teams on multifaceted cases. This role requires a fresh perspective on each eDiscovery case to ensure our clients receive exceptional service. The Details Manage eDiscovery projects, ensuring a dynamic and varied workday Assist N1Ds global clients throughout all project phases, including scoping, troubleshooting, and recommending solutions to achieve desired outcomes Collaborate with clients legal and IT contacts to coordinate project activities and resolve critical issues Utilize N1Ds Relativity environment and suite of tools to help clients develop solutions, address support issues, create searches, train users, and manage data imports/exports/production Employ N1Ds processing platforms to intake and process electronic discovery from clients and other parties Track and log data delivery, including physical media and electronic data, using established protocols Maintain awareness and coordinate internal resources to address client deadlines, timeframes, and objectives related to eDiscovery projects and tasks Monitor eDiscovery platforms and client communications for potential concerns, notifying appropriate parties as needed Collaborate on workflows and improvements to existing practices Assist with other eDiscovery tasks or duties as required The Qualifications Two (2) or more years of experience in the field of eDiscovery Bachelors degree from an accredited university or combination of education and work experience Knowledge of eDiscovery life-cycle process Experience with Relativity and other eDiscovery software and tools such as CloudNine LAW, CloudNine Explore, Relativity Processing, iPro eCapture or similar products Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to document and explain difficult technical scenarios to clients US citizenship What Else? Trustworthiness and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent critical thinking skills Proficiency interpreting information from multiple sources Ability to utilize business sense and creativity to develop new ideas and solutions Organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet deadlines Strong desire to enhance skills while remaining focused on supporting the companys mission Strong passion for learning, growth, and overcoming challenges Ability to work remotely from home office and/or in company office as needed Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision Ability to work in a team environment and also independently Occasional travel and work on nights/weekends as needed to meet client goals What Will Make You Stand Out? Industry certification(s) such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or similar In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience working in a trial presentation setting, including use of technology at trial, coordinating with legal teams and court staff Experience with forensic software and tools such as EnCase, Cellebrite, Magnet AXIOM, FTK, etc. Fluent in other languages Commitment to community volunteerism We look forward to hearing from you.
