The Clerical/Administrative Assistant performs skilled receptionist and secretarial/clerical activities for ElderPlace sites. This position is an IS Liaison for the site and a super user resource for staff for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other site-specific applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position based upon the location of the position. Fingerprinting may be required also upon hire.
  • 1 year Front desk medical office and/or service-oriented non-profit experience.
  • Basic computer literacy - ie copy/paste, printer installation, Microsoft familiarity etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accounts payable and cash handling experience.

About the Team

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.

HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
