HOW YOU WILL DO IT

Purpose Statement: This role is essential to expanding data-driven decision making throughout the organization through the use of advanced technologies. The Data Scientist will extract actionable insights from complex data sets to inform strategic initiatives, identify operational improvements and advance the use of automation and artificial intelligence at Plexus.

Key Job Accountabilities:
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support
    business objectives and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and IT, to design and execute data-driven strategies.
  • Communicate findings and insights through effective data visualization and
    reporting techniques to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data science methodologies, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the company's data capabilities.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Two (2) or more years of related experience is preferred.
