Role:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Product Manager to join our fun, playful and fast-growing team This role will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure launch of new products and seamless systems integrations. This role reports to our Product Manager.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Assist in the planning, development, and launch of new products
Manage SKUs and ensure accurate and timely updates to product data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, logistics and marketing, to ensure product integration is seamless and successful
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
Create and maintain product documentation, including product briefs, specs, and user guides
Assist with pricing strategies and competitive analysis
Track and report on product performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements
What You Are Great At:
1-2 years of experience in product management or related field
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in ta team environment
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Understanding of product development process and methodologies

Analytical thinking to be able to use market trend data and an understanding of customer needs to make informed decisions that develop successful products
Strong communication skills to effectively communication with cross-functional teams to clearly convey ideas and information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Project management skills to prioritize tasks, set deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
Attention to detail to manage complex product data effectively
Adaptability to changing business needs and requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
