In This Role, You Will: Engage with VIP clients via phone and email, providing attentive and professional service. Stay organized and proactive, ensuring clients' needs are met with precision. Maintain a solution-oriented approach, resolving inquiries promptly and thoroughly. Keep clients updated on their accounts, purchases, and resolutions. Refer unresolved issues to designated resources while managing multiple platforms. Communicate with courtesy and professionalism, handling challenging conversations effectively. Schedule & Compensation: Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the option to split 5 additional overtime hours during the week or take them on Saturdays. Starting pay rate: $17.00 per hour. Exceptional potential for growth in a long-term assignment. Skills & Experience We Seek: Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written. Multitasking abilities with experience in client services databases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook with a minimum of two years' experience. Prior customer-facing experience, paired with empathy, organization, and a positive mindset. Must have the ability to handle a difficult phone call and communicate effectively in challenging situations.
