Our client, a leading eCommerce company renowned for its dedication to exceptional service and employee well-being Our client, a vibrant and innovative company, is seeking a charismatic and organized Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20 - $24/hr
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding the company's exceptional reputation for quality service. We are looking for someone who is not only motivated and detail-oriented but also personable and enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative team. In this Customer Service Representative role, you will receive comprehensive training, empowering you to confidently handle customer interactions and support the company's mission of excellence. Your ability to connect with customers and provide tailored solutions will directly contribute to the company's success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with customers
- Communicate and help through email, chat and phone calls
- Quick-thinker who gains a deep understanding of our client's products
- Excel in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where teams work together to solve problems
- Respond to customers in a timely manner and balance multiple responsibilities at once
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written)
- Can maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Foster genuine relationships with customers and teammates
- Have 1 to 2 years experience in customer service preferred
- Enjoys helping others
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
