As the HR Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Planning : Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters. Policy Development and Implementation : Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and promote a fair and inclusive work environment. Talent Acquisition and Retention : Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent. Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees are motivated, engaged, and productive. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues. Employee Relations:

Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee morale and satisfaction. Training and Development : Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Identify training needs and opportunities for career development. Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals. Monitor market trends and make recommendations for adjustments as needed. HR Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay abreast of changes in legislation and industry best practices and implement necessary changes to policies and procedures. HR Metrics and Reporting:

Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to senior management. Prepare regular reports on HR activities and outcomes. Team Leadership:

Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred) Proven experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience with ADP workforce Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities High level of integrity and professionalism

Certifications (preferred): Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
