Develop and coach support team (ATL/Safety/Quality support) to lead line team.Drive results (KPIs)- Ensuring the team meets daily Production Goals/Quality Metrics/Safety Standards.Ensure teamwork within a large production team (60+ Operators). Strong drive to motivate and foster open and honest communication within the team.
