Essential Job Functions: The Program Management Analyst will be responsible for overarching program management support, developing high-level spend plans, programmatic financial management, implementation of business process improvement, developing senior-level financial or logistical briefings, tracking and processing tasks to completion, administrative functions, identifying and correcting data errors, and providing recommended solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining an action tracker, financial trackers, participating in meetings, assisting with monitoring cost and schedule impacts, consolidating comments, evaluating briefs, reports, naval messages, and tracking configuration change documentation. This role may require hybrid reporting with physical presence in the DC metro area for in-office meetings and events.

Ability to develop spend plans Ability to develop/document/implement new processes Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, and MS Word Proactive, independent, and team player Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail oriented

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher 5+ years of experience with Navy Program Management 3+ years of experience with Navy Engineering Support NAVSEA and/or Team Submarine experience Experience working with Navy Waterfront entities Familiarity with installation and technology insertion hardware processes Active Secret Clearance or ability to qualify for one Note: Candidate must be able to come into the Washington Navy Yard on short notice and should reside in the DC metro area or be willing to relocate.
