This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, hard-working individual to participate in our exciting and fast-paced industry. **This position would encompass the following key responsibilities:** * Provide a top-level customer experience to all of our clients and handle day-to-day customer issues that arise. * Provide website account support * Direct incoming phone inquiries and walk-in customers to appropriate department and/or solution * Maintain, answer, and route online client inquiries * Handle sales returns process * Communicate with clients to find agreeable solutions * Work with vendors to aid in resolution of client issues * Handle all inbound returned inventory through issue resolution * Maintain accuracy of customer account data and assist in completion of account records * Maintain AbelCare support program * Collect, correct or credit customer payments as needed * Various administrative tasks including backup front desk support * Handle in-person customer service requests and tasks needed on the floor that will aid in our customers overall experience **Requirements for the successful applicant:** * Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of work experience and training * 2 years or more of related experience in a customer service role, experience with online customer support is a plus * Exceptional communication skills, including professional correspondence, phone articulation and listening skills are a must * Problem solving, attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must * Positive attitude, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Some cinema or TV industry education, related field experience or fundamental knowledge of production is highly desired * Experience with Mac OS, Salesforce are a plus This is a full-time, non-exempt, salaried, 100% on-site position.
