What Youll be Doing
Lead the teams that plan, craft, and execute theNA & APACdemand generation programs and work closely with other cross-functional leaders in product marketing, performance marketing, ABM, SDR leadership, and corporate marketing to generate pipeline and ultimately hit our revenue targets.

Serve and mentor our high-performing demand generation team of 10+ to drive pipeline growth, new customer acquisition, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

Develop and implement a GTM plan to drive demand in our Mid-Market & Enterprise markets and utilize the cross-functional SMEs to execute on this plan across content, ABM, email, events, brand, PR, customer marketing, and more.

Monitor funnel conversion rates by channel, sales team, and segment and escalate concerning downtrends and areas of opportunity.

Research & launch digital programs like content syndication and pay-to-play sponsorships to enhance online presence and drive qualified leads for our sales teams.

Develop and implement customer marketing programs to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Drive the strategy and execution for NinjaOnes novice field event program, including networking meet-ups, luxury sports events, educational summits, channel events and more.

Manage our annual trade show calendar which includes 50+ conferences across NA & APAC and find ways to optimize brand exposure and lead generation.

Ensure NinjaOnes brand is represented accurately and consistently at all field events and conferences.

Manage the webinar and virtual event calendar and find ways to drive more attendance, engagement, and pipeline from these programs.

Oversee the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and tactics for FedRAMP initiatives, ensuring compliance and market penetration.

Develop and implement top-of-funnel (TOF) and middle-of-funnel (MOF) SDR and Account Executive (AE) promotions and incentives

Other duties as assigned.

About You
10+ years of experience in technology or SaaS marketing

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar

8+ years of expertise in funnel forecasting, enterprise marketing, customer upsell/cross-sell, SDR programs, and ROI-driven budget management

5+ years of progressive management experience with an emphasis on leadership and cross-functional partnerships and global expertise

Experience selling into Federal & SLED greatly preferred

Prior experience with both the direct and channel sales motion required

Experience in managing budgets and P&L for marketing initiatives exceeding $5 million

Exceptional leadership and communication skills

Demonstrated success in event management, trade shows, and overall marketing strategy

You thrive in hyper-growth tech startup environments & consider yourself well-versed in B2B SaaS product marketing

Experience with Asana, Salesforce, Pardot, Tableau, Salesloft required

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $00,000 to $00,000 per year.
