The firm provides legal services to nonprofit, for-profit and public clients operating in real estate development and finance, affordable housing, health and human services, civil litigation, employment and education. The firm maintains a reasonable billable requirement of around 1600.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in real estate financing, ideally with some affordable housing experience. The candidate will have the opportunity to handle borrower and lender representation in acquisitions and dispositions, land use, construction and permanent financings, condominium development and commercial leasing.
