PDS Tech Commercial Inc, is looking for a **Supply Chain Contracts Manager** in Phoenix, AZ for a strategic role within the Legal, Contracts, and Compliance area. In this position you will be coordinating with business partners on allocated supply chain contract matters, managing a portfolio of allocated supplier contracts, and communicating with supply chain leadership to develop and execute said contracts. Job Title: **Contracts Manager** Job Type: **Full time; Consultant** _(12 Months; possible temp to perm)_ Location: **Lenexa, KS 66219** Schedule: **Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm** Pay Rate: **$48.94 to $69.50 per hr** **Must Have Qualifications:** + Must be a US Citizen + Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years' experience; Advanced Degree with 5-7 years' experience; In the absence of a degree, 10 years' experience is **required** + Juris Doctorate or Advanced Degree in Business Administration _preferred_ **Responsibilities:** + Provides guidance to stakeholders daily for allocated projects + Drafts, generates, negotiates, interprets, and manages complex contract documents for allocated suppliers, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives + Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure allocated contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters, in accordance with company policies and guidelines + Negotiates allocated supplier contracts with its stakeholders, to achieve business favorable terms + Reviews allocated contractual terms and conditions for their acceptability, as well as assessing the risk and impact + Uses legal resources and other subject matter experts to ensure all levels of risk are recognized and subsequently addressed through development of unique contract terms + Briefs management and other functional areas on contract status, risk mitigation and contingency plans based on developed recommendations, for allocated contracts + Identifies opportunities to streamline workflow and improve quality of work product. Brings forward recommendations to increase efficiencies through use of tool or process enhancements + Track and report key functional metrics + Represents the organization on legal issues for allocated contracts + Maintains historical legal records **Pay Details:** $48.94 to $69.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
