The HR Coordinator coordinates employee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes (including goal management, training, and performance reviews). Primary duties include supporting the talent acquisition process, state badging for all staff, and administrative support for onboarding, orientation, and all talent development programs/processes. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Supports in scheduling interviews, planning hiring events, and other aspects of the recruitment process.?
  • Manages and is the point of contact for employees with the state badging processes, including communication with the state and other vendors.?
  • Organizes Orientation and Onboarding schedules
  • Creates employee communication for distribution via email or on-site displays for People & Culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Administrator for the learning management, goals, and performance review systems
  • Organizes leadership training programs internally and with external vendors
  • People & Culture administrative support in all areas as needed

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree (BS, BA) in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • HRIS/HCM administrative experience preferred?
