Pay Range: $73.92 - $76.92 per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical expertise in the development and support of Conversational IVRs.
  • Develop IVR BOTs and coordinate development tasks.
  • Collaborate with PM and design teams to create product solutions.
  • Design and implement strategic and tactical solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure integration with Web services and design reusable components for IVR and Chat Bots.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
  • 10+ years of experience in IVR application development.
  • 2+ years of experience in BOT development for voice applications in Kore.ai, Google Dialog flow, Nuance Mix, RASA or any popular Conversational IVR platform
  • Proficiency in Core Java, Spring framework, and conversational IVR platforms.
  • Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), Client (Machine Learning), Conversational AI
