Rental Coordinator

Thompson Auto Group is looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our growing team. We are the #1 Automotive Dealer Group in New England. Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails
• Cash Handling
• Scheduling Appointments
• Check Service rental car fleet and track usage and mileage to ensure quality control
• Create and monitor rental agreements
• Provide and ensure customer issues and complaints are directed to the proper person in a timely and efficient manner
• Verify insurance and coordinate with insurance companies

Qualifications

• Drivers License is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and positive demeanor
• Professional appearance
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility

Job Types: Full-Time

Hourly: $15.00 - $20.00 starting range
