Job Description

Aid in attracting, inspiring, and retaining top talent by leveraging team member voice and fostering a culture of inclusion. Enhance the team member experience by focusing on the TMVP strategic pillars: Culture & Values, Leadership, Career, and Total Rewards.

Responsibilities

Lead efforts to secure top talent from various sources, including The Christ College of Nursing and local universities, by managing relationships with recruiting sources and establishing contact points; partner with HRIS to track hires and retention, collaborate with Talent Acquisition on Realistic Job Preview efforts, work to diversify the candidate pool, and support the re-recruitment of alumni and former top talent. Inspire and engage team members by supporting initiatives such as the THRIVE+ reward and recognition platform rollout, analyzing and reporting engagement data, collaborating with the DEI&B Council and Resource Groups to promote diversity and inclusion, and leveraging the Team Member Advisory Group to drive positive change. Improve network retention by partnering with the SHRLT to lead the cross-functional Network Flight Risk Retention Rapid Response team (FRRR), which addresses signs of top performers departing, and by leading the New Team Member Advocacy Program and formal mentorship programs. Organize and conduct DEI&B training sessions, contribute to inclusive HR policy development, analyze and report diversity data, support team member resource groups, engage with external organizations, promote community health equity initiatives, manage team member experience projects like Executive Round Tables and NEST, and serve as the liaison between HR and marketing/communications. Participate in market pricing initiatives by preparing salary adjustment proposals through job evaluations, market pricing, internal equity reviews, and prioritizing business needs using key HR metrics; support the compensation team with Market Pay surveys; lead reward and recognition programs and events; assist the benefits team with the annual open enrollment cycle and compliance activities including SPD updates, ACA filings, and non-discrimination testing.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required. Relevant work experience may be considered.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5+
