We're looking for a hunter-type sales rep for our Detroit Michigan market area, an area ripe with opportunity.
You’ll have a large, exclusive territory with thousands of prospective customers. This is a "target rich environment" for someone that is a hunter-type sales personality. If that kind of selling is your

It's a great earning opportunity: Our salespeople typically make $75k or more in their 1st year. Our top salespeople grow their incomes to over $120k. The pay plan includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and a vehicle allowance.
The successful candidate should have proven experience in new sales development, in-person cold calling, and B2B “hunter” type selling.

WHAT IT TAKES:
Someone who is HUNGRY and can effectively pull 25-35 doors per day.
The ability to effectively manage a territory with a healthy mix of in-person prospecting and strategic follow-ups.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to be coachable and able to take constructive feedback.
Capability to overcome objections and ask great questions.
Solid organizational skills and effective pipeline management.
COMPENSATION INCLUDES:
Base salary
Bonus pay based on performance.
Commissions
Auto and cell phone allowance.
