Country Manager

Manage the resources required to procure, commission, and roll out EV charging at all Weev locations. Taking responsibility for day-to-day management and ensure successful delivery of all related installation projects
Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long-term sales margins
Ensure your team collaborates effectively and that resources are optimally allocated to drive revenue growth
Approach problem solving in an analytical and diligent manner
Serve as leadership sponsor to large accounts and help drive key executive relationships
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
Positively challenge the working assumptions of the Heads of Departments to ensure rigour in the assessment of functional plans and commercial investments and decisions
Possess strong general management capabilities. e.g. an ability to report on key business trends, and create business plans and quarterly reviews
Monitor and analyse EV charging solutions market developments
Regularly update supply chain cost forecasts
Review tender submissions and cost breakdown
Provide technical support and assistance to engineering team
On board suitable sub-contractors across the region
Develop and maintain relationships with supply chain partners
Assist with the development of design items as required
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the EV charging domain.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to customers and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Essential Qualifications / Experience
NVQ Level 4 or above in a construction/ engineering field
NEBOSH or equivalent Health and Safety Qualification
Construction Skills Register (CSR) Card holder or equivalent
Project management experience in the EV/ Infrastructure market
A keen awareness and commitment to the highest standard of health and safety, and quality. Knowledge of electrical installation and commissioning
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring practices, and safety protocols
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide guidance
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment to achieve results
Flexible to adapt to company needs when required
