As a Hilton Honors Loyalty Operations Senior Analyst, you will successfully support various teams onboarding new brand partnership agreements. You will report to the Senior Manager Loyalty Operations and Hotel Support on the Hilton Honors Loyalty Operations team. You will be the liaison between the Hilton Honors Loyalty Operations team and multiple cross-function teams to ensure new brand partnership agreements are set up and communicated appropriately.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:
  • We seek someone with experience communicating updates and resolutions to variety of other partners.
  • Combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions, even among seemingly unrelated events.
  • Partner with management to research and address procedural inquiries to ensure comprehensive standard operating procedures and training are in place.
  • Team mindset building relationships and earn the trust of key partners.
  • Ownership of each project and provide written communication any challenges.
  • Critical observation and collaboration when working with other teams. Consider potential actions' relative costs and benefits.
How you will collaborate with others:
  • Work with the Hilton Honors leadership team, loyalty operations team, and multiple cross-functional teams to successfully onboard new brand partnership agreements.
  • Present updates and any challenges to leadership teams
  • Attend weekly team meetings and several quarterly department meetings.
What projects you will take ownership of:
  • Assist in various projects, including internal communications and training needs.
  • Working with various teams to ensure onboarding and all documentation is completed.

You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Three (3) years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • One (1) year of experience operating in leadership capacity (managing, coaching, or mentoring).
  • Experience navigating a cross-functional team through curiosity and initiative.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule at the Addison, TX or McLean, VA office (3 days per week in office)
It would be useful if you have:
  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management fields
  • Hospitality industry experience
