This mantle is not given to just any candidate. We are looking for an individual that is looking to Exceed Customers Expectations at every turn, insuring that the best customers in Indianapolis receive the level of service that surpasses all possible expectations.
**As the best Customer Service in Indianapolis, you will:**
* Answer and route telephone calls using multi-line phone system; database service calls
* Assist internal staff with clerical projects as needed and assigned
* Continually adjust to new responsibilities as the Company grows
**Our Ideal Rock Star Customer Service Representative will have:**
* One year of clerical experience in a fast paced environment preferred
* High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate degree preferred
* Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
* Positive, friendly attitude with a commitment to customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to operate basic office equipment such as computers, printers, calculators, copiers, etc.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality and deadline adherence, in an environment which provides unpredictable interruptions
* Ability to multi-task, be flexible, accept change and react appropriately and timely
