Job Description:
Our client, a global bank, has an immediate opening for a Lead Technical/Systems Analyst IV to work from their Dorchester, MA facility. The technical systems analyst will review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
Core Requirements
8-10 years of experience
Appian platform experience
Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent field
experience with deploying and maintaining software products in a cloud environment
DevOps experience
Bilingual Spanish/English language proficiency
Nice To Haves
Team leadership
Excellent communication skills

While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
