The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the day to-day operations of our companies benefits and compensation programs. In the role, the Benefits Administrator will be a strategic piece of the benefits and compensation programs for the business unit and will need the ability to think strategically about benefits and tailor to needs of the employee population. Key

What you will Do:
Oversee benefit plan administration for health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, worker's compensation, life, flexible spending accounts, HSA, and other employee benefits as required for the exempt and non-exempt employee population.
Manage the compensation program, including LTI, annual bonus plans, and financial forecasting on bonus plans.
Coordinate employee health and wellness programs and events.
Manage and update the long-term compensation plan, adjusting accordingly to keep us on track for the five-year plan
Fully understands employees needs and meets them with informed, well thought out benefit and compensation plans that match the employees requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day benefit administration, questions and issue resolution with internal HR groups, benefit providers, and third-party administrators.

Key Deliverables
Management and administration of employee benefit records including HRIS database.
Process invoices and oversee billing processes including reconciliation, resolving billing errors, eligibility issues, and adjustments for all benefit plans including 401k and COBRA
Manage administration and transmission of weekly benefit provider file feeds.
Perform benefit audits and data analysis by monitoring employee coverage changes to ensure accuracy and validity (new hires, life events, open enrolment, terminations, etc.)
Conduct workshops for new hires and current employees for review of benefit plans, coverages, and associated costs.
Maintain benefit information and policies on internal communication resources, and develop new communication materials, strategies, and project plans to enhance employees understanding of benefit offerings.
Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations.
Drives flexible strategies that align with an employee's diverse set of needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business
A minimum of 5-7 years benefits analyst/administration experience.
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or other benefits specific certifications are preferred.
Proficient in use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google (mail, calendar, drive, docs, sheets, slides), and HRIS.
Human Resource experience in manufacturing/retail.
Works effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex, fast paced, and diverse environment with changing demands.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
Ability to understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective, develop solutions and implement action plans.
Manufacturing/retail experience preferred.
Experience supporting front-line, field-based client groups is required; Practicing HR in a manufacturing or distribution center environment is preferred.
Proactively reviews benefit/compensation programs and policies, looking for opportunities to create new or improve established programs from a multi-site nationwide perspective.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization.
A proven track record of results with a bias for action
A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture.
Strong MS Office Skillsparticularly Excel
Must ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA

Compensation
The listed range for this position is $85-150K but the actual package offered may vary depending on different factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation for this position would include other elements which include a yearly bonus.
