The Solutions Center Rep will utilize their technical expertise and superior people skills to ensure a timely and customized customer-centric experience regarding all orders and technically related issues across various product lines. Employees are eligible for commission on consumer sales Responsibilities for this role include: Provides technical support and product guidance (training on products is provided). Ability to close consumer sales Manages customer inquiries regarding orders. Handles and resolves customer complaints. Researching required information using accessible resources Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken Initiate product replacement, tracking with delivery services, and customer follow-up.
