A dedicated Clinical Pharmacist is assigned to each patient for the duration of care, prioritizing patient safety and outcomes. The duties of the Clinical Pharmacist include coordinating care, providing clinical oversight, and managing prescriptions for a designated group of patients. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as it involves continuous interaction with providers and their staff, other pharmacists, nurses, and patients.This role offers the flexibility to work remotely up to 80% of the time. 20% of this role will be required on site in Indianapolis, IN. •Requires current Indiana License or eligibility for Indiana licensure as a pharmacist. •Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 and/or PGY2 pharmacy residency may be required.About Us Indiana University Health has nearly 40,000 team members, including more than 3,600 physicians and 1,200 advanced practice providers, and we're home to the largest nursing network in Indiana with more than 9,000 nursing team members at over 800 sites of care.
