About the Role:
- The Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role in driving business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports.
- This position serves as a task lead to plan and design analysis, execute plans, and oversee the development of enhanced reporting.
- The Reporting Analyst also provides input on complex reports and presentations based on data analysis.
- Brief analysis results and recommendations to executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Develop solutions to problems and prepare products according to customer requirements
- Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and abstract high-level information into details
- Document requirements based on design, feasibility studies, and functional process specifications
- Adjust rapidly to shifts in priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and mentor junior Reporting Analysts
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in reporting analysis or data management
- Strong research and investigative skills
- Proficiency in programs
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- They should also be able to handle multiple customer service demands and provide positive customer service to internal and external customers.
