Yogurtland Hiring: Associate Project Services Manager Salary: $75,000/yr. Shift: Monday – Friday, Some nights and Week-ends Location: Dallas, TX

As a company focused on innovation, Yogurtland is increasing cross functional project initiatives. The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate and steward all projects. You will be collaborating with internal clients and external business partners. You will need to provide effective communication on the status of various projects, and partnership with all stakeholders to deliver key programs and projects. A working knowledge of restaurant operations is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary

Create project plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information and build budgets

Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed

Coordinate and direct team resources

Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them

Communicate with internal/external clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

Direct project correspondences by preparing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails

Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly field and stored

Supervise current project and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects

Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions

Analyzing data as required

Report on progress and provide regular updates to upper management

Motivating people involved in the project to complete task on time

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Project Management or related field preferred

3-10 years of experience in Project / Planning / Commercial Manager / Operations with a proven track record

Experience in restaurant industry preferred
