Position purpose - Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks The purpose of this position is to develop and manage branch marketing strategies. Major areas of focus include brand management, website management, and development of marketing materials in an effort to generate new business for the branch. Success in this position will be demonstrated by the number of leads tracked. This position does not engage in contact with consumers or any activities that fall under the definition of loan origination. Works closely with branch management and the corporate marketing team to develop and implement annual marketing plans Understands current and potential customers Directs the creation and management of social media marketing (e.g., design, navigation, flow, components and pages, and essential elements that will enable management) Develops a marketing strategy and plan that will help loan officers and branch managers to increase revenue while remaining compliant with any applicable laws and regulations Guides staff in the creation of branch marketing collateral Qualifications Strong background and experience in marketing or sales with a successful track record creating and developing marketing strategies Excellent writing and editing skills and abilities Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with an ability to present ideas to various staffing levels Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise Ability to multi-task Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite, web management, and basic HTML Ability to contribute and lead a team with concerted effort and a can-do attitude Ability to work and deliver content under tight deadlines Ability to work independently or as part of a team Supervisory responsibilities Oversees the direction of the marketing team and makes necessary decisions to achieve those goals Preferences A familiarity of the mortgage industry Proven track record of managing a marketing team Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing Extraordinary attention to detail Company Conformance Statement In the performance of assigned tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following: § Review and adhere to policies and guidelines contained within the Employee Handbook, including privacy and information security guidelines. § Act within delegated authorities and adheres to applicable policy and procedures associated with such authorities. § Contribute to establishing a respectful workplace where diversity is critical to innovation and growth. § Ensure every action and decision is aligned with PRMI values. § Partner with your management team to understand performance expectations and measurements. Take ownership of problems and issues, taking into consideration the breadth of PRMI competencies in providing solutions. § Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations. § Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. § Perform quality work within deadlines. § Respect client and employee privacy. Work Requirements Each employee must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, utilize a computer, maintain a work schedule, and effectively perform in an office setting. Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies.
