What You'll Do:Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns.Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.Manage and inspire a team of dedicated leasing and maintenance professionals.Oversee budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.Conduct routine property inspections to identify service needs and ensure timely apartment turnovers. Drive leasing efforts and implement marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.Community hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pmWhat We're Looking For: Over a year of experience as a property manager in the multifamily residential industry.Knowledgeable in Tax Credit policies.
