We’re known for our friendly customer service and the exceptional care we provide our residents. We offer 24/7 skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, subacute care and other senior care services. This position is full-time with a Monday-Friday, day shift schedule. Eligible for benefits after a probationary period. Both full and part-time employees are eligible for benefits after a probationary period with minimum hour requirements. Additional benefits include: Paid time off Paid holidays Extra holiday pay 401k Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life insurance Referral Bonuses Qualifications/ Requirements: BS degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare or SNF marketing Must have at least 2 years' experience within Healthcare and Admissions process for Skilled Nursing Facilities Experience verifying financial assets, insurance coverage, i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance eligibility and confidential medical information Job Summary: The Admissions Director is responsible for managing the admissions process for incoming and prospective residents and managing census levels for the facility. The successful candidate will have experience managing a busy Admissions department within a Nursing Home and have a good understanding of the admissions process including intake policies and procedures, assessments, and Medicare/Medicaid and Managed Care reimbursement processes. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the admissions process efficiently to ensure a positive experience for residents, families, and supporting staff. Meet short-term and long-term census goals. Respond to all inquiries regarding potential residents of the facility in a sensitive, courteous, and competent manner. Work toward the successful achievement of the mission of the facility. Participate in the ongoing process of Quality Improvement to improve upon the service, standards, and processes of the facility. Responsible for all required daily, weekly, and monthly census and activity reports.
