Position Description:

* Oversee and design a wide variety of projects ranging from small to large projects in the
multi-use, residential, commercial, educational, etc., categories.

* Manage and develop site design (from conception through final approval), stormwater management, grading, erosion and sedimentation control, site investigation, researching state and local design standards.

* Coordination/communication with contractors and clients, and client and municipal meetings.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

* NJ P.E. Required
* 10+ years of relevant experience
* Must have proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
* Land Development and Site Design experience
* Stormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility Design
* Regulatory Permitting (NPDES) and Zoning approvals
* Strong work ethic
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to manage and design multiple concurrent projects
