The Talent Management Consultant is responsible for the creation, delivery and management of a broad array of talent programs to attract, retain and grow engaged colleagues and leaders.Programs may include leadership development; diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging; engagement; recognition; performance management; learning and development, etc. Responsibilities include but, are not limited to the following:
•
In collaboration with organizational leaders and Field HR, designs and develops talent management solutions that solve talent challenges to more effectively attract, retain and grow our colleagues; ensure delivered solutions are scalable and sustainable
•
Manages consulting project(s) ensuring timelines are met, managing key stakeholder expectations, influencing without direct authority, communicating resource needs, project planning, and developing thorough change and communications plans
•
Facilitate and administer talent management programs; continually improving programs to best meet the needs of the organization
•
Contributes to the development and monitoring of system wide talent management strategy, annual and on-going needs assessments, and execution of the talent management plan
•
Understand key talent segments and what is important to them, how to grow, develop, engage and retain them; continually assessing our performance and proposing strategies to enable our organization to improve
Qualifications
Education:
•
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
Experience:

5-7 years of related Organizational Development/Human Resources/Talent Management experience
