**SUMMARY OF ROLE:**

Assembler performs manufacturing tasks to achieve production goals while adhering to Quality System requirements and GMP. Assembler may assist with R&D builds and transfer of new products to manufacturing.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Perform assembly operations to meet build plans

* Adhere to all manufacturing procedures, SOPs, WIs and GMP

* Identify needed materials, tools, or aids

* Assist with transfer of new products or design changes

* Accurately complete all necessary manufacturing documentation (i.e., LHRs, FRMs)

* Work with engineering and support teams on process improvements or changes

* May assist manufacturing engineer with projects

* Adhere to company Quality System and follow GMP

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

* Work with minimal guidance

* Perform training, as needed

* Effective communication skills

* Maintain corporate confidentiality at all times

* Understand the job specific quality system procedures and processes as defined in the Training Matrix and adhere to the requirements listed in those documents. If any of the procedure or process requirements are unclear or ambiguous, it is the responsibility of the employee to notify his/her supervisor or Quality Assurance

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Minimum 3+ years of previous medical device manufacturing experience

* Flexible to modify working hours to meet specific commitments

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word and Excel)

* Willing to work in a controlled manufacturing environment

* High school diploma or GED (preferred)

* Good command and working knowledge of spoken and written English
