As a Customer Relations Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our donors, sponsors, and event participants have a positive and seamless experience with our organization.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to donors, sponsors, and event participants, as well as assisting with administrative tasks related to customer relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support related to fundraising events, donations, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to donors, sponsors, and event participants
  • Process donations and sponsorship payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are recorded and documented properly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions, donations, and sponsorships.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of communications materials
  • Support the planning and execution of fundraising events
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and implementing best practices.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service, fundraising, event planning, or nonprofit organizations is a plus but not required.
