Job Description

Reporting into the Senior Director of Customer Service and Purchasing. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead a pilot project focused on generating leads for our car buying program. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on Google Search Ads and Meta conversion campaigns. The primary goal is to generate high-quality leads for our sales department. As this is a new project, the candidate must be self-motivated, strategic, and capable of working independently to optimize and propose new ways to increase lead volume with the best ROI.

What you're responsible for:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for lead generation through paid and organic channels.
  • Manage and execute SEM strategies and CPC campaigns.
  • Lead Meta Campaigns specifically designed for lead generation.
  • Identify and implement new lead generation channels (e.g., Craigslist, Marketplace).
  • Design and manage WordPress landing pages for SEM campaigns.
  • Oversee the management of organic presence across various platforms (Google My Business, Bing, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Create content and graphics for paid campaigns.
  • Implement and manage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta API.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve ROI and KPIs.
Qualifications

To Join our team:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Search Ads and Meta conversion campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Experience with website management and WordPress.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and propose innovative solutions to drive results.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Graphic design skills are a plus.

  • Conduct market research to gather insights and support campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure best practices.
