smooth exec. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS 2- or 4-year

degree in Drafting, Technology or Engineering Demonstrated

ability to positively interact with and manage clients in all types of

situations High

proficiency in Excel/Google-Sheets, showing high attention to detail Demonstrated

ability to perform spreadsheet analysis using Excel, showing high

attention to detail, converting raw data accurate and useful conclusions Project

Management experience including managing schedules and Gantt charts. Construction

experience, including familiarity with structural, mechanical, electrical

systems Ability to read

and interpret drawings, schematics and specifications Capability of

understanding and communicating basic code issues when necessary Ability to

perform work dependably and reliably according to work schedules and

assignments including overtime, weekend, and overnight travel requirements OSHA-10

experience as a PM in Construction Management and/or solar field NABCEP

Certification and/or completion of other solar training/certification

programs HOURS, COMPENSATION + BENEFITS The typical workday is 8-10 work hours with a break for lunch, starting between 8 to 9 AM. Weekend and off hours will be required occasionally. Target starting annual compensation is $75 to $85k per year. Income compensation consists of both (a) base pay and (b) quarterly based structured bonus following job profitability analysis. Additional benefits include 401k up to 4% match, medical, dental and vision programs.
