Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations for commercial properties, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance, and repair. Financial Performance:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, monthly reporting, and financial analysis to optimize property performance. Vendor Management:

Supervise vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness. Lease Management:

Review and analyze existing leases, negotiate commercial contracts, and enforce lease terms in accordance with property requirements. Tenant Relations:
