We have a client in Latrobe that is searching for a supervisor/foreman to add to their production team.
Job Description:
- Responsible to start up and shut down plant and equipment
- Communicate with adjacent crew leaders and foreman, ensuring seamless transition between shifts
- Coordinate resources and staff to meet production goals and adhere to quality expectations
- Maintain documentation of process parameters of production molds and the equipment associated with a production order
- Corrects quality issues when brought up by employees

- Extensive knowledge of press & molds in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work without much supervision
- Need to be willing to work mandatory overtime on weekends when needed
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including potential off-shifts
- Prior management/supervisor experience highly preferred
