Our ideal candidate will be someone who drives for results and also provides outstanding customer service.Job Description:Management of both commercial and industrial projectsResolve customer and supplier disputesReview supplier and customer terms and condition documentsMaintain contact with customers and vendors to build a lucrative business relationshipConduct regular job status update meetings with sales force and managementEvaluate job closing lossesObtain and analyze quote requests from contractors, sales representatives and bid depositoryOverlook specifications and determine if product requirements are achievable and profitable to the companyCoordinate the quotation from various sources to organize a complete package for the customerOversee order placements with manufacturers for quoted material on project ordersRelease reviewed material for shipment and expedite orders according to the stipulated delivery scheduleReview the schedule of delivery datesComplete closing sheets on all quoted jobsQualifications:College diploma (CET, etc) or equivalent education and/or experience2-3 years of related experience in the industryStrong Excel SkillsProduct knowledge of the electrical business is an assetExcellent interpersonal, time management and negotiation skillsComputer literacy proficient with MS Office & IBM AS/400 knowledgeExperience in quotations/project coordination is a definite assetWhat We OfferOur employees enjoy a positive work-life balance while thriving in an environment that is ever-changing and motivated by new and exciting challenges.We offer competitive compensation, a series of benefit options and the opportunity for success and growth across the organization.Rexel Atlantic provides equal employment opportunities for all applicants.
