Principal Accountabilities:

Technical Design Specialist:

  • presentations on regulatory compliance and project technical aspects at regulatory review meetings (primarily local-level Conservation Commission public hearings).
  • design department in permit application preparation.


Supervises Project Management:

  • select high-profile clients directly and orchestrates project management coverage.
  • performance of project managers and oversees career advancement.
  • site inspections to monitor progress, compliance, and quality assurance.


Requirements:

  • or Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Natural Resources Management, Environmental Studies, or related field.
  • years’ supervisory experience in environmental consulting.
  • in presenting projects before regulatory compliance review boards.
  • of wetland protection regulations and landscape construction.
  • in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software a plus.
  • Driver’s License and ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, ArcGIS, GPS.
  • with Sage or Timberline accounting or client relationship management software.
