Job DescriptionSUMMARY: Provides quality assurance support to ensure company standards are met while also completing and maintaining quality assurance inspections.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, (other duties may be assigned): Maintains a working knowledge of all company standards as stated in the account contract and company Ensures Quality Assurance Program is being Completes regular inspections of all areas in our quality assurance platform as directed by site and divisional leadership using a critical and discerning Exhibits tact and diplomacy in handling complaints from customers and Uses the computer to access Outlook Web to review, monitor, submit and answer emails. Also sets reminders and calendar invites via Outlook Web Uses the computer to prepare Word, Excel, and PDF documents in support of the operations, including documents such as training QA and compliance Tracks employee training compliance regularly in conjunction with the Administration Demonstrates regular, predictable attendance at the job site or Assists with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects as needed.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.COMPUTER SKILLS:Must be able to perform basic computer activities, including using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Web, and other computer knowledge. Basic knowledge of Payroll reporting and Kronos is a bonus, but not a requirement.LANGUAGE ABILITY:Ability to speak, read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenanceinstructions, and procedure manuals in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English.MATH ABILITY:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in liquid units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.REASONING ABILITY:Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:No certifications needed.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This job has no supervisory responsibilities.WORK ENVIRONMENT:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing essential functions of this job.
