Join our high-performing technology sales team comprised of professionals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, including top-producing Hays Recruitment professionals with multiple years of experience.

Your new role:

We are seeking an Associate Director of Client Relations to join our team in Tampa and lead our technology sales team to drive client engagement, develop new and existing relationships and achieve success.

  • Fee generation and headcount accountability for designated locations(s) or specialisms.
  • Hire, train, develop and retain the best people to drive productivity and growth
  • Support the implementation and commitment to company initiatives and strategic priorities
  • Drive net fee and headcount growth in conjunction with local business plan and KSP's
  • Operates within agreed parameters to mitigate risk and protect profit
  • Demonstrate the ability to forecast and budget accurately
  • Able to build a business case for investment based upon facts/data
  • Sets high standards and hold peoples accountable to expected standards through regular constructive feedback and coaching
  • Ensure operational rigor and best practices are understood and implemented
  • Ensure sales and recruiting best practices are implemented consistently, including; daily meetings, month and daily plans, service delivery and job management, business development.
  • Support company policies, compliance and CRM utilization engagement
  • Weekly attending client meetings with your sales team
  • Build relationships with strategic leaders and executives for key clients in your market
  • Attend networking events to continue to spread THE Hays brand
  • Have a sales team that is meeting the company standard for KSM attainment
  • Meet sales budget targets
  • Instill cultural management and vision within the team - values/vision/standards and expectations for high performance
What you will have:
  • Typically 8-15 headcount responsibility, may still have personal fee responsibilities
  • Proven track record in recruitment delivery, people development and management
  • Ability and gravitas to lead from the front, inspire and gain commitment to vision
  • Excellent communication skills; able to influence and inspire
  • Experience in setting, monitoring and reviewing goals and objectives
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level

  • We offer minimum base compensation of $70,000 plus Management Bonus %, plus individual commission plans.
