Responsibilities:

·        Communicate with medical facilities, developing professional relationships and opportunities of working with OneStaff Medical

·        Develop strong relationships with those you will assist and your peers.

·        Pro-actively identify where Client Managers need guidance and provide direction.

· Maximize and maintain the relationships with existing customers.

·   Contact existing contracted facilities to review staffing needs and how we can assist them.

·        Independently negotiate contracts, bill rates and the qualification process

·        Communicate facility expectations internally, ensuring systems reflect those expectations.

·        Develop and maintain professional internal relationships.

·        Act as liaison between the facility and the company; including ongoing follow-up and communication.

·        Ensure client satisfaction, understanding needs, and facilitating communication.

·        Understand Key Performance Indicators for position and meet the expectations.

·        Continuous progress towards production goals; meeting production goals within designated timeframes

·        Assist in resolving personal and professional issues regarding facility and client.

·        Present OSM and the position in a positive, professional light

·        Use and grow in awareness of available tools.

·        Accept coaching and remain open to changes and recommendations.

Requirements :

·        High school diploma or equivalent

·        Account management experience in medical staffing industry preferred.

·        Background in medical terminology

·        Results driven.

·        Social media savvy

·        Strong telephone and computer skills

·        Very strong time management and multi-tasking skills

·        Ability to willingly apply what is learned in classroom and on the job training 

·        Intense sense of urgency

·        Problem solving abilities.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Strong organizational skills

·        Proficiency in Excel

·        Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.

·        Coachability
