Requirements

Ability to quickly grasp technical knowledge of Crypto/IT products; A comprehensive understanding of crypto Spot FX, Metals, and CFD liquidityis required; Experience in the full sales cycle including pipelining and prioritization, negotiations, contract drafting, etc.; Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for our products/services; Discuss with customers, heeding customers' needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to customers; Developing a professional and trusting relationship with an active portfolio and keeping them up-to-date with our developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service; Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis; Strong interpersonal skills, optimism, and initiative; Willingness to learn and improve; Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role; Experience in customer support / Financial business-related activity is a plus; Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce / AMO CRM). Responsibilities: Arrange business meetings with prospective clients; Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives; Assisting in the preparation of the contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines along with the company policies; Market knowledge; Communication and negotiation skills; Ability to build reports; Time management and planning skills; Contacting leads, converting them into customers, and maintaining long-term relationships; Conduction the calls/presentations via multiple communication platforms; Let’s recruit together and find your next colleague.
