Completes light plumbing work to include, but not limited to, opening clogged drains, repairing leaky fixtures, as well as cleanup of water leaks and spills.Cleans and maintains all floors and floor coverings which includes regular duties such as vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, sealing and waxing.Cleans all entrances, entrances walks, steps and concoursesSpot cleans and cleans all exterior and interior glass surfaces of all assigned buildings; cleans ceiling lights and blinds.Empties and cleans all waste cans, trashcans, recycle bins, water fountains and doormats.Assists Maintenance Staff in painting, replacement, remodeling, construction projects, and other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Mechanic.Performs other duties assigned. Valid Class E Driver's License RequiredNORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: 5:00AM - 1:30PM (Monday through Friday).Workdays and shift times may vary in response to customer needs for special event coverage and/or departmental needs.
