Overview:

TRC is seeking multiple Bridge Engineers to join our team supporting clients in Sacramento, Stockton, Fresno, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino. These engineers will perform various Bridge design projects and engineering tasks of average difficulty accomplished through understanding and applying Caltrans standards, manuals, guidelines, policies, directives and computer software applications. Employee is required to have a current California drivers license, when operating a state-owned vehicle or driving another vehicle for state business.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify, and validate structural calculations and construction drawings completed by other engineers

  • Participate in on-site inspections to assist with identifying deficiencies.

  • Develop details in Microstation designs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
  • Solid project management skills; able to critically analyze and creatively solve issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient with related software and tools required to complete all job duties, including Microsoft Office- WORD, EXCEL, Powerpoint

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Companys annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
