Description:Direct and lead a 1,000+ employee Production Operations site in Camden, AR. Site has responsibility for seven major production programs: HIMARS, M270, GMLRS, ATACMS, THAAD Ground Components, PAC-3 and PrSM. Camden Operations is approximately 2.2 million sq. ft. of manufacturing space on 2,400 acres. Program responsibilities include schedules, cost, quality, budgets, manpower, etc. Site indirect budget responsibility of approximately $40 million dollars. Additionally, responsible for employee selection, training, assessment, work assignments, evaluations, and recognition / disciplinary actions, etc. Liaison responsibility and coordination with Integrated Air & Missile Defense and Precision Fires / Combat Maneuver Systems Program Offices, as well as military & civilian customers, vendors, suppliers and other community stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership attributes and performance, an ability to work strategically as well as tactically to drive operations.
Prior experience and success in leading projects and teams, as well as managing operations and special events.
Understanding and demonstrated capability to manage Operations budgets and schedules. Ability to manage, administer and be responsible for all factory production, with a quality mindset, for a site which includes assembly, integration and test operations for multiple DOD programs.
Proven ability to coordinate with multiple sites and program offices to ensure success of all programs within the facility.
Experience driving production processes and associated test operations, including Lean Six Sigma manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives in order to meet quality, cost and schedule.
Experience leading Performance Management Team processes and metrics. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships with sites, programs, Customer Program Offices, DCMA, and community leadership.
Proven ability to establish and manage operations overall budget, manpower, quality, cost and schedule for multiple teams. Must have experience working with nonexempt production and support personnel and developing strategies and action plans to maintain positive employee relations with workforce.
Must be able to develop relationships with local and state dignitaries.
Ability to work local community issues. Strong and positive communication skills with an ability to influence others, inclusive of program, vendors, customer and community.
Ability to handle multiple complex issues to closure.
Must have a strong understanding of DOD requirements, safety, health and environmental regulations, including Target Zero requirements.
Must have proven skills demonstrating honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness in difficult situations.
Must have ability to obtain a Secret security clearance and have at least an interim secret clearance prior to start.

Desired Skills:
Missile and Launcher Manufacturing experience (HIMARS, GMLRS, THAAD, PAC-3).
Production Operations Program management experience.
Experience with explosive ordnance final assembly integration and test.
Technical background in Manufacturing Engineering.
Lean and Six Sigma experience and/or black belt/green belt certification.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
