Full Time Position

Mandatory : Extensive experience on GE software tools

Aero Engine, Engineering Change Management (ECM), Project Engineering, Project Management, Qualification Testing, Supply Chain Support, Test Evaluation, Testing Methodology, Vendor Qualification

Job Description:

  1. Secure OEM approval for the scope and requirements of new supplier qualification.
  2. Work with new suppliers to develop qualification plans, schedules, and obtain internal OEM program endorsement.
  3. Assist in documenting all technical design details in the designated repository.
  4. Collaborate to author Design Change document
  5. Collaborate to review and issue new component drawings corresponding to new supplier design information
  6. Lead following Project Engineering activities:
  7. Review Suppliers Quality Management System (QMS) process
  8. Verify Suppliers process for monitoring and measuring Resources
  9. Assess Suppliers- Operation, Performance Evaluation, Improvement Process, Problem Solving Methods for Customer Escapes, Production part approval process, Supply chain risk management
  10. Lead, Participate and collaborate with stakeholders for the successful completion of
  11. Internal GE technical reviews
  12. Design consensus Review
  13. Program kick-off review
  14. Mechanical Systems technical review
  15. Detailed Design Review
  16. Systems Technical Review
  17. Tooling Detailed Design Review
  18. Program finalization review
  19. Support in Qualification Test plan. Review and support in Qualification Test Procedures (QTP), Qualification Test Reports (QTR)
  20. Technical documentation supporting all the above reviews and qualification plans
  21. Leads engineering change execution process until change incorporation.
  22. Assist in preparing necessary documentation for reviews such as Design Kickoff Consensus Review, Preliminary Design Review, Analysis Model Technical Review, Detailed Design Review, Systems Technical Review, Program Review, and documentation detailing CCL (Commerce Control List) impact.
  23. Collaborrate to finalize applicable criteria documents required for Engineering change substantiation
  24. Assist in completing all other necessary documents and worksheets to validate the engineering change.
